Ply rating usually refers to sidewall strength and weight carrying capability. The higher the ply rating, the tougher a given tire size is going to be. 6 Ply will be more robust and will handle loads better compared with 4 Ply.

30-Day Return Window: Tires must be returned within 30 days of receipt. To qualify for a full refund, items must be unused, never installed, and in their original manufacturer packaging.
Pre-paid Returns (Defective/Wrong Items): We cover return shipping costs and offer a full refund or exchange only if the product is defective or the wrong item/size was shipped. Photos are required as evidence to process these requests.
Standard Returns: For all other return reasons, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
Warehouse Drop-off:
If you prefer to drop off the tires at our warehouse yourself, please contact us to schedule an appointment before returning the tires to our warehouse in person.
