Return & Refund

HALBERD accepts your return & exchange within 30 days from the date you received your order. Please contact us first and provide detailed information.

HALBERD tires will only cover the return shipping cost for defective tires/wrong items or sizes shipped with provided pictures as evidence and we will only arrange for a refund or exchange for defective or wrong items/sizes shipped. For all other return reasons, the buyer will have a 15% restocking fee.

For getting a full refund, please follow the below procedure and conditions details:

• -Items must be in their original condition, never used and installed
• -We must receive your return merchandise within two weeks from the return approval date.

How to return:
1. Email us your return reason, attached with the order number and tire pictures (defective tires/wrong items).
2. Confirm the return method according to the product condition (exchange/return).
3. We will provide a return label and address, then please contact your near carrier to send it back.
4. After receiving the tires and checking, we will return the money back to your account within one week.
