- Pre-paid Returns (Defective/Wrong Items): We cover return shipping costs and offer a full refund or exchange only if the product is defective or the wrong item/size was shipped. Photos are required as evidence to process these requests.
- Standard Returns: For all other return reasons, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
